As a business analyst in the HR Integration tribe, you are the link between the development teams and the different stakeholders of the SD Connect Integration Platform, supporting & guiding internal and external partners who want to make use of our integration Platform. Feel free to ask our Recruiters for more details!Which tasks can you expect?Onboarding of new partners on the SD Connect integration PlatformLead workshops with partners and define data mappings together with themSupport of the partners throughout the different stages of the onboarding project. eg hand over of Data mapping to other involved parties, support on defining & executing integrated product test cycles, support operational readiness track, …Continuous support of SD Connect Enabled partnersOrganize & lead monthly follow up with onboarded partners to ensure issues are identified & followed up.Manage change request related to data mappings on partner levelFacilitate & encourage partners to maintain documentation for their different stakeholdersReport on the quality of the integration through monthly and quarterly assessmentsFunctional support within the tribeFunctional Support of the development teamsParticipate in and/or lead improvement projects related to the SD Connect platformAssist in the release process for new featuresManage documentation for the tribeDefine requirements for the different stakeholders and types of documentationMonitor maintenance of documentationWhat do you have to offer?- A university degree (Master or bachelor)
