Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support a leading integral streaming platform from Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first contact for customers, handling account, subscription, billing and technical queries with a friendly, professional attitude.
The role requires fluency in Spanish and Basque (C1/C2) and good English (B1). Rotating shifts, 40 hours per week, 12-month initial contract, with flight reimbursement and health insurance offered.
