- Develop and implement the annual training plan aligned with business objectives and service priorities.
- Identify capability gaps across service units and create development plans to address current and future business needs.
- Build and maintain competency frameworks covering technical, operational, leadership, and customer‑focused capabilities.
- Promote a strong learning culture that encourages continuous professional development.
- Partner with Quality teams to support quality initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
