To strengthen our Product Development & AgroService team, we are looking for a Crop Protection Expert (m/f/d) to join us in a permanent,
full-time role offering a hybrid work model with flexibility to work from various locations across Poland.
In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing resistance management strategies for sugar beet, helping to ensure the long-term effectiveness of KWS crop protection solutions while supporting sustainable agricultural practices. You will collaborate closely with international experts and provide technical expertise to customers and the commercial organization. The position involves regular business travel across Poland to support field activities, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional cooperation.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to manage weed and fungal pathogen resistance in sugar beet production by promoting sustainable crop rotation and optimized herbicide and fungicide programs.
- Plan, establish, and manage field trials across Poland, analyze results, and provide technical recommendations.
