- Manage aerospace and defence aerial vehicle development programmes
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and subcontractors
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and risks
- Manage customer interfaces and reporting activities
- Coordinate technical reviews and programme milestones
- Support business development, proposal preparation, and project planning
- Coordinate with certification, airworthiness, and regulatory authorities when required
- Manage national and international consortium projects
- Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements

Requirements
- Proven experience managing aerospace or defence development programmes
- Good understanding of aircraft development lifecycles
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Knowledge of systems engineering processes and project management methodologies
- Experience working with customers, authorities, and industrial partners
- Experience in international collaborative programmes is highly valued




- Knowledge of certification and airworthiness processes is an asset
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Advanced MS Office proficiency
- Microsoft Project or equivalent planning tools
- Knowledge of Jira, Primavera, or other project management tools would be an asset
