CaixaBank's Digital Assets Division develops and implements capabilities, products, and services based on distributed ledger technology and digital assets to support business model evolution and the transformation of financial services.

Задачи:
- Lead digital asset initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation and evolution
- Define value propositions, business cases, success metrics, and operating models
- Coordinate involved teams to ensure project execution and milestone delivery
- Translate business needs and market trends into concrete solutions with real impact
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and obstacles affecting initiative evolution
- Participate in evaluating technology alternatives and implementation models
- Drive adoption of new capabilities and ensure their integration into organizational processes and operations
- Act as the connection point between internal and external stakeholders involved in projects.

Требования:
- Higher education degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field




- Proven experience in product, strategy, or transformation roles in complex and regulated environments
- Experience delivering complex products or initiatives end to end
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to launch pilots, MVPs, or products into production
- Strong execution ability and impact orientation
