Your main responsibilities * Student support, serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, offering assistance via chat, phone, email and in-person. * Problem resolution: address and resolve student concerns and issues promptly and effectively. * Academic team support. * Office support. * Initiating, processing and managing student reservations. * General administrative tasks.
