Responsibilities We are looking for a Customer Service / Order Management Specialist (fluent in French and English) to join our international team in Barcelona. In this role, you will manage end-to-end customer operations, including order management, sales support, and customer service within a fast-paced B2B environment.



You will act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders across sales, logistics, and service teams. Contract Type: Internal Temporary Worker (ITW) assignment. What will you be doing? * Manage end-to-end order management (order-to-cash process), ensuring accurate and timely processing. * Create quotes, process customer orders, and support sales teams (inside sales support). * Coordinate with logistics, manufacturing, and service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. * Handle repair and calibration requests, returns (RMA), and product changes. * Act as main customer contact for inquiries related to orders, invoicing, and contracts. * Monitor order lifecycle: from quotation to delivery and payment. * Continuously identify process improvements in customer operations workflows.
