Key Responsibilities Human Resources * Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and probation management. * Develop and optimize HR policies, employee handbook, and internal management processes. * Manage employee lifecycle administration, including contracts, personnel records, attendance, leave, promotions, transfers and offboarding. * Coordinate payroll preparation with external payroll providers. * Ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws and company policies. * Support performance management, employee development and organizational planning. * Drive employee engagement initiatives and strengthen company culture. * Prepare HR reports, headcount analysis and workforce planning for management. Administration * Oversee daily office administration and facility management. * Manage office supplies,



company assets and administrative budgets. * Coordinate business travel, company events and internal meetings. * Manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers. * Ensure smooth administrative operations across all departments. Requirements * Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field. * Minimum 3 years of HR and Administration experience. * Strong knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and HR best practices. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Fluent in Spanish and English ; Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus. * Experience in automotive or international companies is preferred.
