We are seeking a Solution Engineer based in Madrid to serve as the technical lead for key account projects. This role requires a professional with a strong technical pedigree from ICT vendors or top-tier system integrators, specializing in the guidance and support of large-scale, high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Leadership: Act as the primary technical lead in collaboration with account sales for specific customer projects. 2. Solution Promotion: Drive the introduction of existing and updated H3C products and solutions in the local market from a technical standpoint. 3. Technical Analysis: Lead the investigation and analysis of customer-specific ICT network infrastructures. 4. Competitive Intelligence: Assess market competition by performing deep-dive comparisons between company products and competitor offerings. 5. Sales Strategy: Partner with sales teams to develop product sales strategies and increase market share. 6. Strategic Reporting: Provide management with short-term and long-term product sales forecasts, special reports, and technical analyses. 7.



Knowledge Leadership: Maintain professional and technical expertise through workshops, publications, and professional networks. 8. Training & Support: Provide expert-level technical assistance and training to client users as needed. 9. Technical Documentation: Develop comprehensive network/systems documentation and technical proposals. 10. Business Execution: Fulfill verbal and written assignments and production tasks as required by business needs.
