an individual who is passionate, proactive, and aligned with our brand values: As a Camper Store Manager, your mission will be to attain the objectives in terms of sales, service and business growth.
We're counting on you to offer the full brand experience to our omnichannel consumers, develop the team's potential and oversee all the operations of the store in order to achieve the best level of customer service and business efficiency.
Customer Experience Management: Our customers matter Team Management: our people are the key asset at Camper As a Store Manager you are required to manage the point of sale efficiently, influencing commercial decisions and taking business analysis into account.
Brand image: Each store embodies the Company's culture, values and principles.



You will be responsible for Camper brand image towards our customers, with the aim of ensuring a premium image aligned with the Company's identity and ESG principals.
You will carry out store operations according to the Company's Policies & Procedures. You are passionate about Retail, in all of its shades (in‐store and omnichannel).
You are versátil and available to work full‐time.
You can speak fluent Italian and English. You have the legal right to work in European Union without requiring visa sponsorship.
