You will be responsible for designing efficient, scalable, and user-centred experiences across both internal platforms and customer-facing web products, with a strong focus on tools used by operational and business teams.
This role is key to improving complex workflows, productivity, and system usability, helping teams work more effectively through better design. Experience working with design systems, strong attention to detail,



and a solid technical understanding will be key to ensuring seamless collaboration with development teams.
Work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive and effective user experiences aligned with business goals
Run usability testing, interviews, and analyse data (e.g., Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, ensuring scalability and consistency
Collaborate Closely with Developers: Work closely with developers during the design implementation process, providing detailed design specifications, style guides, assets, and any necessary clarifications to ensure high-quality execution. Utilise the Design System framework to document and manage UI components, ensuring consistent design implementation across teams
