About Us Vuala is an innovative startup from Barcelona revolutionizing invoice management for all teams. Our mission is to develop the next AI Admin Assistant for teams across all companies. Currently, we specialise in automating invoice extraction from emails and online portals, streamlining processes, and saving valuable time for our users. Collaborating closely with all team members, you will boost awareness, adoption, and revenue growth through PLG, integrations with other players, targeted marketing campaigns, partnerships, and more. Define target customers and positioning through market research.
Identify key channels for customer reach, including PLG, digital marketing, events, partnerships, etc.
Manage marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid ads.




Build relationships with partners and influencers to expand reach.
Track performance metrics to measure effectiveness and guide future strategies.
Analytical - data always rules

~ Working together in person from Monday to Thursday (Fridays WFH optional) from our 'office' in Barcelona.
