The Junior Finance Specialist will support Titan's senior finance leadership across financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, fundraising, M&A;, and internal & external reporting. This role sits at the intersection of financial analysis, strategic finance support and operational finance, acting as a backbone for day-to-day financial activities.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
Support the processes for forecasting, budgeting and scenario analyses, and allow for data-driven decision-making by preparing analyses on performance, growth initiatives, and runway
Assist with the Budget vs. Presente (BvA) analysis,



meeting with internal stakeholders periodically to solicit input and discuss variances, as well as identify initiatives to offset and/or mitigate any overspend
Strategic Finance Support
Support fundraising, M&A;, and other strategic finance-related matters and assist in financial due diligence for VC, growth equity and M&A; transactions.
Prepare analyses, summaries and documentation to support funding, investment, and/or M&A; decisions.
Coordinate monthly & quarterly Board, Shareholder and Investor information requests.
Support reporting to external stakeholders when required.
2 years of full-time work experience
~ Strong analytical background with hands-on experience in financial modelling and Board & Investor presentations
~ Detail-oriented and process-driven, ensuring high-quality deliverables under tight timelines
~ Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and reduce operational burden on senior team members
