About the school
The British School of Barcelona is an HMC school judged outstanding in every area by a recent BSO inspection, including quality of education, safeguarding, pupil welfare and academic outcomes. The role
We are seeking a permanent, full-time Marketing Content & Audiovisual Assistant based at the BSB Castelldefels campus, commencing August 2026. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team delivering high-quality visual content across a dynamic, multi-campus international school environment.
Key responsibilities
- Capture, edit and produce high-quality photo, video and graphic content for marketing campaigns, social media,



the website, presentations and promotional materials.
- Adapt audiovisual and graphic pieces into different formats for specific channels, audiences and campaign objectives.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials.
- Maintain an organised library of visual and audiovisual assets.
- Manage multiple social media channels with fast, relevant and high-quality visual content.
- Monitor content performance through monthly reporting and analysis, providing insights to optimise future campaigns.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience, or strong practical training, in audiovisual content production, photography, video editing and visual content creation.
- Vocational training, technical studies or a degree in Audiovisual Production, Graphic Design, Media, Digital Content Creation, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
