MITO AI is a collaborative, AI-native platform reinventing how films, commercials, and music videos are made. We are building the operating system for a $300B+ integral video production industry shifting to AI-native workflows.
Based between San Francisco and Madrid, MITO combines state-of-the-art AI models for image, video, and audio with professional-grade agentic editing tools in a multiplayer, browser-based canvas. MITO was founded by Iñaki Berenguer (MIT, PhD Cambridge, 5x founder — Pixable acquired by SingTel, CoverWallet $300M exit, iPronics $50M raised), Danny Saltaren (product designer at 2 unicorns, National Design Award), and Arantxa Barcia (award-winning filmmaker). Selling AI-generated video and creative production means selling a category that doesn't have a playbook yet.



This role owns the full sales cycle for MITO's AI-powered production platform (MITO Tools) and studio services (MITO Films) — selling to brands, ad agencies, and production companies who are only beginning to figure out what "AI-native content production" means for them.
You will work closely with founders and Solutions Engineers in early-stage deals, run the full cycle from first outbound touch to signed contract, and coordinate tightly with Customer Success and Production — since MITO blends software with hands-on service delivery. This is not a transactional, self-serve sale. Build outbound and inbound pipeline targeting brands, ad agencies, and production houses
Run discovery calls that map a client's content production workflow and pain points
Lead product demos, often paired with a founder or Solutions Engineer in early-stage settings
Full-Cycle Deal Management
Own proposal, negotiation, contract, and close end to end
Coordinate closely with Customer Success
