The Ground Transportation Coordinator manages international road freight shipments across EU and non-EU countries, coordinates transport and customs processes, ensures documentation accuracy, and monitors shipments to guarantee efficient and timely delivery.
Coordinate international road freight shipments across Europe and non-EU countries, from pickup to final delivery.
Manage the complete transport process, including collection, operational coordination, shipment tracking, customs coordination, and last-mile delivery.
Prepare, review, and manage all transport and customs documentation required for import and export road freight operations.
Monitor shipments proactively to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve operational incidents efficiently.




Handle customer billing and validate supplier invoices accurately.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
Knowledge of billing processes and invoice validation.
Experience or understanding of customs procedures and international trade documentation (CMR, commercial invoices, packing lists, export/import documentation, customs instructions, and related documents).
