As a Cost Controller , you will play a key role in the financial planning, monitoring, and control of our resort, ensuring efficient and profitable operations aligned with the excellence standards of Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton.




Supporting and contributing to the resort's financial planning and strategic decision-making processes.
Analysing financial data, market trends, and performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and business growth.
Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
Monitoring and analysing presente financial results against forecasts and budgets, providing recommendations to maximise profitability.
Developing initiatives to optimise costs, improve margins, and strengthen the property's return on investment.
Maintaining effective financial controls and procedures to mitigate business risks.
Collaborating closely with the Finance and Accounting team to ensure accurate financial management and reporting.
Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports in compliance with corporate and legal requirements.
