Drive the go-to-market execution and accelerate revenue growth through strategic planning, commercial alignment, and operational excellence. Reporting within Revenue Operations, this leader serves as a strategic business partner to Divisional General Managers and Sales Leadership, translating business priorities into commercial strategies that maximize ACV growth and improve sales performance.
The Director leads the governance and execution of key commercial operating rhythms-including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), forecasting, account reviews, and annual planning while influencing cross-functional decisions that strengthen commercial execution and organizational effectiveness. As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, this role provides the strategic insights, governance,



and business partnership needed to deliver business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Divisional General Managers and Sales leadership to develop and execute commercial strategies that accelerate revenue growth and improve go-to-market execution.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives, including market segmentation, territory strategy, account prioritization, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Drive executive business rhythms by leading QBRs, forecast reviews, account reviews, and strategic planning processes that improve accountability and execution.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations through business analytics, forecasting, pipeline analysis, and market intelligence to support executive decision-making.
- Influence commercial operating models, organizational design, and go-to-market strategies that improve sales productivity and organizational performance.
