We are seeking a Senior Dev Ops Governance & Platform Engineering Lead to provide structured leadership, governance, and operational oversight to an already high-performing Dev Ops team. The existing Dev Ops team delivers proficiently and autonomously across CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, container platforms, and observability.
However, the organization requires a senior layer responsible for:



Governance and standardization Reporting and KPI management Platform lifecycle oversight Cross-team coordination Risk management and compliance alignment Strategic Dev Ops roadmap evolution This role is 65% management / governance and 35% technical oversight. While strong technical expertise is required for credibility and decision-making, this is not a hands-on coding position.
Key Responsibilities1.
