Our organization is a dynamic and innovative real estate company, serving as both a developer and investor with a primary focus on logistics real estate. We are expanding our portfolio to include cutting‐edge data centre development projects and are therefore seeking an experienced Data Centre Sales Manager based in Madrid. The adecuado candidate will drive new sales and revenue growth in Spain by prospecting for new client relationships with enterprise Spanish customers, including MSE‐listed and large/mid‐sized companies. You will use consultative selling skills, attend industry events, workshops and fairs, and manage the entire lead‐to‐contract process. Generate new business by building and executing a sales strategy to acquire new enterprise and wholesale colocation customers across Spain.
Achieve ambitious growth targets while expanding Goodman's presence in the Spanish market.
Understand customer needs and position Goodman's solutions as a strategic business enabler.
Manage the full sales cycle from qualification through negotiation and contract execution.




Coordinate internal resources (sales engineer, marketing) to deliver tailored commercial and technical solutions.
Minimum of 10 years of proven success in a consultative selling area, ideally engaging with C‐level executives in the IT services / data centre / telco / network environment.
Familiarity with the Iberian and Mediterranean marketplace, companies, and community.
Strong network of partner relationships.
Track record of closing sales of data centre / colocation solutions.
In‐depth knowledge of and skill in contract interpretation, negotiations and project management.
Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are an asset).
You will join our Spanish team of approximately 30 professionals based across Madrid and Barcelona, working closely with colleagues from our Marketing and Data Centre Delivery teams across Continental Europe to drive business growth and deliver successful customer outcomes.
