In this role, you will be key in ensuring the optimal performance of our intralogistics solutions on‐site, directly contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Your mission: To ensure maximum availability and performance of TGW automated systems at customer sites throughout their entire lifecycle by delivering outstanding technical support. What you'll be handling:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment
- Diagnose and solve technical issues directly on‐site
- Train customers and key users on system operation
- Support installations and, where required, take responsibility as team leader
- Prepare technical documentation and service reports
- Provide on‐call and emergency support services
- Ensure strict compliance with health & safety standards

What you'll need:




- Degree or vocational training in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
- Experience in industrial or automated environments
- Strong problem‐solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Customer‐oriented with excellent communication abilities
- Willingness to travel up to 70–80% across Spain and Europe
- Good level of English (French is a plus)
