We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our HR team and take ownership of the company's training and development activities. This is a highly hands‐on role for an HR professional with strong expertise in training , capable of managing the full training cycle while also supporting broader HR needs in a fast‐paced and growing industrial environment.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, energetic and highly versatile professional who enjoys getting things done, can adapt quickly to changing priorities and is comfortable working across different HR topics.
Manage the full training and development cycle, from training needs analysis and planning to implementation, evaluation and follow‐up.
Develop and coordinate the annual Training Plan, ensuring alignment with business and employee needs.
Coordinate internal and external training providers, logistics, schedules and participant management.
Manage training records, documentation and HR systems related to L&D.;
