We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and develop software engineering teams, ensuring strong technical execution, high-quality delivery, and continuous professional growth. You will play a key role in people management, engineering leadership, technical decision-making, delivery planning, and stakeholder coordination, working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
Experience in software engineering, cloud platforms, DevOps, APIs, automation, and Agile environments will be considered essential for the role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture through mentoring, coaching, feedback, performance management, and career development.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance, supporting complex technical challenges, architectural decisions, and the adoption of scalable, maintainable, secure solutions and engineering best practices.
- Plan, prioritize, and allocate engineering capacity and resources, managing priorities, dependencies,



risks, and timelines to ensure successful delivery of software products and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, IT, DevOps, Architecture, business, and other cross-functional teams, ensuring effective coordination from planning and development through deployment and release.
- Act as a key point of contact for senior management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and business objectives within a matrixed organization.
- Monitor engineering processes, delivery performance, quality standards, and the adoption of Agile, DevOps, automation, frameworks, and continuous improvement practices.
- Estimate project and team resource requirements, monitor project progress, and take corrective action where required to ensure efficient delivery and resource utilization.
