Responsible for managing foreign worker and expatriate administration while supporting day-to-day HR operations. The role involves handling employee documentation, work permits, immigration matters, and coordination with government agencies and external parties.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage foreign worker and expatriate documentation, work permits, passports, medical examinations, and insurance.
- Coordinate work permit, employment pass, renewal, cancellation, and immigration matters.
- Liaise with government agencies, recruitment agencies, and other external parties.
- Coordinate onboarding, transfer, accommodation, transportation, and repatriation arrangements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and monitor document expiry dates.
- Assist with general HR administration, including attendance, leave, employee records, and HR reports.
- Handle employee enquiries and administrative matters.




- Ensure proper HR documentation and compliance with company requirements.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably handling foreign workers or expatriates.
- Experience dealing with immigration, work permits, government agencies, or recruitment agencies is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel to plantation sites when required.
