Our Falces manufacturing site, located in Navarra, Spain, is a manufacturing hub for producing core materials used in wind, marine, and industrial applications.



The adecuado candidate will ensure accurate and timely administration of all personnel-related processes within the factory, including payroll support, contract management, agency workforce coordination, employee data maintenance, and compliance with labour regulations.
Payroll Support: validate inputs, track absences, overtime, deductions
~ Compliance & Reporting: prepare HR metrics, support audits
~ Knowledge of payroll and HR admin processes
~ Accuracy in data management
~ Fluent in English and Spanish
~2-3 years in HR admin or payroll.
