We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Event Manager to join our team and independently manage high-level international conferences and corporate events across Europe .
The role is adecuado for someone who is comfortable managing several projects back-to-back and in parallel , coordinating multiple stakeholders, suppliers and deadlines while maintaining a consistently high level of delivery.

You will take ownership of projects from initial planning through to onsite delivery and post-event follow-up, including:
Managing several events and workstreams simultaneously;
Building and maintaining detailed project timelines, budgets and operational plans;
Coordinating venues, hotels, catering, AV, security, transport, printing, decoration and other suppliers;
Supervising registrations, databases, invitations and event communications;
Preparing programmes, signage, presentations, badges and other event materials;
Coordinating internal teams, freelancers and onsite staff;
Managing event set-up, onsite operations and dismantling;
Ensuring projects are delivered on time,



within budget and to the expected quality standards;
3 to 5 years of professional experience in event management , preferably within an event agency, association, institution or international organisation;
~ Proven experience managing events autonomously from A to Z ;
~ Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in fast-paced periods;
~ Fluent English and French , both written and spoken;
~ Confidence working with senior executives, institutional representatives and VIP participants;
~ Good command of Microsoft Office tools; experience with CRM, registration or event-management platforms is an advantage;
~ A full-time position within a small, international and highly involved team;
