Our client, a fast-growing company in the online gaming sector , is building a high-performing Acquisition team in Madrid . They're looking for a Fluent/Proficiency German speaker with strong English to drive outbound sales and convert high-intent leads into active customers.
Join a new Madrid team of 15, located in Atocha .
Work with a dynamic, international, multilingual team .
Focus on German-speaking markets (DACH) with a target-driven sales approach.
Record and manage all interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Retention, CRM).
Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings to continuously grow your skills.
Fluent/Proficiency German Speaker and strong English .
~2–5 years of sales experience , ideally outbound.
~ CRM knowledge and quick adaptability to new tools.
~ Excellent sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills .
~ Monday to Friday
~Contract via third-party employer .
