We are seeking a high‐energy,



execution‐focused Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager to oversee the day‐to‐day operations of our sales department. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, your primary mission is to control execution, turning overarching sales goals into daily wins through rigorous coaching, process implementation, and performance management.
Direct People Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the daily activities of both Inbound and Outbound sales representatives.
Process Implementation: Standardize and enforce sales workflows, scripts, and outreach cadences to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Real‐Time Coaching: Conduct regular 1:1s, call monitoring, and live coaching sessions to improve conversion rates and objection handling.
CRM Discipline: Manage and optimize our CRM usage, ensuring data integrity and that no lead falls through the cracks.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Sales to provide boots‐on‐the‐ground feedback a
