At Joko, our mission is to we help consumers save time and money when shopping online or in-store.
Founded in Paris, Joko is a tech company and certified B Corp with over 105 talents across Paris, Barcelona, and New York (and beyond). From brainstorming to development to launch, the Product team's main mission is to turn ideas into reality by working hand-in-hand with the Engineering, Design, and Business teams.
Joko is organized into four product tribes, each owning a key dimension of the company's value:
Business lines owns the current core value proposition, covering online shopping, in-store experiences, and gift cards, each run as a dedicated team.
Scale focuses on growing and amplifying this value through growth, international expansion, and shared core user experiences across the app.
Platform serves teams and non user-facing stakeholders, owning internal tools, infrastructure, compliance, and operational scalability.
Juno is Joko's most ambitious bet: becoming the front door to shopping. Nobody has settled what a great shopping conversation looks like,
so there are no patterns to borrow and the answers have to be found by building and testing.
The task force is a small, autonomous team: a Product Manager who owns it, a Product Designer, and software engineers. That means the end-to-end user experience of Juno, from the conversational interface on mobile and web to the product logic behind the recommendations. You will report to Yosr, who leads the Juno tribe, and work day to day with a Product Designer, software engineers, and the Catalog task force.
That means testing a lot, iterating fast, and inventing interaction patterns for a surface that has none yet.
Discovery, user testing & iteration: You will run user tests continuously, read real conversations, spot where the experience breaks, and turn that into the next iteration. You will define what quality means for Juno, build the metrics that track it, and use them to drive decisions.
You know what it take
