Position Overview:
As part of the talented Supply Chain team,
you will govern and set the Demand Plan for a subset of the Navico Group portfolio. You will partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Category/Product Management, Marketing, and Supply Planning, using multiple sources of guidance to build forecasts that operationally support the EMEA organization, helping ensure the right products are available at the right time across our brands.

Essential Functions:
- Develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts across multiple levels and time horizons using o9 Solutions.
- Analyze forecast accuracy by comparing presente demand versus forecast and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Category/Product Management, and Marketing teams to gather market intelligence and incorporate it into the forecast.
- Identify demand trends, seasonality, and other influencing factors through data analysis.
