Overview Data & AI Talent Acquisition role at Talent-R for a Data Engineer focused on building end-to-end data pipelines to support AI-driven marketing. Location: Sant Cugat | Hybrid (2 days on-site). Salary: Up to 55k + performance bonus.
Responsibilities
~ Design, build, and maintain ETL and reverse ETL pipelines using GCP, dbt, and Airbyte
~ Collaborate with marketing, operations, and production teams to define data requirements
~ Extract and integrate data from multiple tools and platforms
~ Optimize and maintain our data warehouse for performance and reliability
~ Monitor data quality, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and implement continuous improvements
~ Support ML model deployment and maintenance
~3+ years of experience designing and building large-scale data systems (ETL/ELT,



modeling, warehousing)
~ Strong Python and advanced SQL skills
~ Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform
~ Familiarity with Airflow, Prefect, or Temporal for orchestration
~ Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)

Nice-to-have
~ Experience with dbt and Airbyte
~ Exposure to ML deployment and ad-tech environments
~ Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
