Overview To manage a team of Striker ( GPV ) and lead the development in retail and impulse accounts in each geographical area through activate selling and the implementation of agreed Perfect Store and W vs C standards. Develop people and transfer Red Bull Culture and Values. Manage the Field Sales Team's KPI's to develop and execute Field Sales Business plan for the assigned territory. Ensure the achievement of defined KPI targets: store coverage, distribution, additional store placements, cashier coolers, Perfect Store, WvsC... Store Universe Coverage
Define the relevant universe that should be covered by the Field Sales Team. Enable the team to develop the store universe through active selling, the implementation of the Perfect Store Concept and the rotating coverage model to WvsC.
Field Tools & Data Management
Ensure that all relevant Field Sales Tools are being correctly used and collate feedback on all gaps that current tools do not fill. Ensure correct input of audit data by the team and use audit reports to help develop the Field Team where necessary.
Team Management




This includes that of the Field Sales Agency if necessary. Constantly measure and review the team's performance against KPI targets for the territory by providing regular and constructive feedback and effectively manage poor performance. Overall, Field Sales budget allocation and tracking.
Coaching and Development
Train and develop the team so that each team member's contribution and potential is maximised through the integral Field Sales Training Curriculum and alignment with the National Trainer manager. Regularly coach the team in field with joint store visits. Interface with other departments within the company, acting as the communication point for the Field Sales Team within the defined territory. Demonstrated experience in team management.
