AI Creative, Content & GEO Specialist
Responsibilities
- Scale AI-driven content and creative production across the GSB marketing organization.
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks and agentic workflows to improve marketing effectiveness and productivity.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI tools and platforms for content creation and creative development.
- Create and manage content across owned and earned channels to strengthen GSB's GEO presence and discoverability.
- Partner with marketing, communications, and digital teams to deliver content that supports key business priorities.
- Establish best practices, governance, and training programs for AI-assisted content creation.
- Define and track performance metrics related to content production efficiency, GEO visibility, engagement, and demand generation.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies, content trends, and GEO practices, translating insights into scalable marketing programs.

Education and Experience
- BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.




- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, creative operations, or related areas.
- Experience using generative AI tools for content development, creative production, or marketing programs.

Knowledge and Skills
- Strong knowledge of content marketing, digital publishing, and audience engagement.
- Experience with generative AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI-powered content creation.
- Understanding of SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) principles.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to translate business objectives into scalable content and creative solutions.
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
- Excellent collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive adoption of new technologies and marketing processes across teams.
