We are seeking an experienced leader to join us as Head of Finance – Spain. This role is pivotal in delivering accurate reporting, driving performance through data-driven insights, and taking full ownership of finance in a lean, dynamic environment.



Join our team as soon as possible as Head of Finance – Spain (m/f/d).
Deliver monthly and annual financial statements within tight deadlines, in accordance with local standards and Sanoptis Group principles. Onboard new entities, aligning processes and controls to Sanoptis standards.
Synthesize results into salient points and proactively identify and investigate deviations in financial and operational performance.
Collaborate closely with local operations to understand dynamics and develop plans that address challenges & identify opportunities.
Leverage AI tools and systems in day-to-day finance work: Claude) to streamline reporting, forecasting, and analysis. In collaboration with Group Finance, evaluate and adopt new systems to increase level of automation in financial reporting and analysis.
Manage treasury and liquidity: Implement efficient structures to forecast and optimize cash bal
