We are looking for looking for a Senior Sales Manager - Energy Infrastructure to drive the development of innovative solutions across the energy storage and renewable energy sectors. As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy, business development, and growth of energy infrastructure solutions, with a particular focus on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Power Conversion Systems (PCS), inverters, and hybrid energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial and strategic roadmap for energy infrastructure solutions in line with the company's growth objectives.
- Drive business development and sales activities for BESS, PCS, inverter, and hybrid energy solutions across the European market.
- Identify new market opportunities, emerging technologies, customer needs, and competitive trends within the renewable energy and energy storage sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with utilities, renewable energy developers, EPCs, system integrators, technology partners, and other key stakeholders.




- Provide technical and commercial expertise throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification and feasibility assessment through to contract negotiation and project implementation.
- Work closely with R&D;, engineering, product management, and project teams to develop and optimize solutions according to customer and market requirements.
- Support technical and commercial feasibility studies, business cases, proposals, and solution design for complex energy infrastructure projects.
- Contribute to the development of product and solution strategies based on market feedback and customer requirements.
- Ensure that proposed solutions comply with relevant technical standards, grid requirements, safety regulations, and sustainability objectives.
