The Client Onboarding Specialist will manage onboarding activities end-to-end, working closely with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver efficient, compliant, and high-quality onboarding across Apex's fund and related service lines.
Coordinating client adoptions, account openings, review of fund offering documentation and legal agreements, internal system set ups, and project planning;
Assisting in project coordination, working with internal teams includingService Delivery, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams;
Weekly project calls should be held with stakeholders and project plans should be maintained to track progress;




Interacting with the Legal Department on template management and control;
Assisting with the development and execution of ad hoc projects;
Some familiaritywith fund structuring issues, legal terminology and fund services agreements;
Knowledge on Client KYC requirements is an advantage;
Professional level of English (spoken and written), every other language is an advantage.
