Customer Success Manager - Centric Shoppingfeed Location: Alicante, Spain (3 days / week in office)
At Centric Shoppingfeed, we help online sellers publish their product catalogs on marketplaces and digital marketing platforms across Europe and the United States. Every day, we provide our clients with the support they need to successfully sell on marketplace platforms such as Amazon, ManoMano, Zalando, or AliExpress through our integration and optimization software. We also help them promote their products through digital advertising campaigns on channels such as Google, Facebook, Awin, or Criteo.
The "Customer Success" team was created to build customer loyalty throughout their experience with our platform, interacting closely with the Product, Support, Sales, and Marketing divisions.
Ensure merchants and brands are fully aware of and able to use all the features offered by the solution.
Act as a liaison with the technical support team when merchant issues go beyond functional support.
Educational background related to Marketing, eCommerce, Languages, Communication,



or Technology is highly valued.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to quickly learn collaborative platforms such as Slack, Zendesk, Planhat, HubSpot, etc.
Spanish: Required for communication with Spanish clients.
English: Required for internal communication with Centric Shoppingfeed teams in France and global Centric Software teams.
Portuguese: highly valuable for communication with Portuguese clients.
Italian: valuable for communication with Italian clients.
French: valuable for internal communication with Centric Shoppingfeed French teams.
Experience in eCommerce and familiarity with the marketplace and digital marketing ecosystem are highly desirable. We are looking for someone who enjoys challenges and teamwork, with excellent interpersonal skills.
