Our international network includes 21 Destination Management Companies (DMCs), around 2,000 employees, 71 offices in 31 destinations and approximately 4 million guests per year. Reliable systems and well-structured business processes are essential to keep this global travel ecosystem running smoothly.
As DMC Business Analyst, you translate operational requirements into scalable system solutions and help optimise our mission-critical travel systems across the international DMC network.
Project-Focused Business Analysis
Identify, analyse and document business requirements for strategic initiatives across the global DMC network




Translate operational needs into structured technical specifications for system configuration, integration and implementation
Conduct GAP analyses and assess feasibility of new features within complex travel system environments
Map and optimise end-to-end business processes across booking, transfer and excursion operations
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions across business and technology teams
Support testing processes including UAT, regression testing and functional validation
Ensure structured communication between project leads, business owners and technology partners
Act as key liaison between DMC business units and Application Support teams
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in system implementation or transformation projects
Fluent English (written and spoken); German is advantageous
Work in a truly integral travel organisation
