As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga, you will have the opportunity to develop your
professional career supporting large-scale operational processes within the Financial Services sector. in a dynamic, international environment, contributing to the efficient management of high-volume administrative
supporting continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, efficiency, and client service.
Analysis, preparation, execution and resolution of cases in accordance with established criteria, policies
and operational procedures, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery to the final client.
· Review, validation and maintenance of data and documentation in accordance with established
Support in the analysis of processes and procedures aimed at optimizing them.
· Execution of quality control activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
· Participation in process improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and quality

· To qualify for the role, you must have
· Degree in Law, Business Administration, Law + Business Administration or similar
· High level of English (B2/C1)
· Interest in the financial sector.
· Previous internship or professional experience in operations, back-office, administrative services, shared
services, financial services environments or the insurance sector.
Specialized master’s degree or postgraduate studies in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Risk
Experience working in multinational or general environments.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
· Strong administrative and data management skills.
