Mission
This isn’t a "get the coffee" kind of internship. You will be embedded within our technical team, working alongside Project Directors, Designers, and Developers who use Agile and Extreme Programming to build high-quality products.
As a Digital Project Management Intern , you will:
- Support Project Lifecycles: Assist in planning, coordinating,



and monitoring projects from initial brief to final delivery.
- Master the Tools: Get hands-on with Linear to help project management in day to day activities.
- Bridge the Gap: Act as a key link between our creative designers, technical developers, and international clients.
- Lead the Rituals: Learn to organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies like Dailies and Retrospectives.
- Analyze & Optimize: Use Google Analytics and data tracking tools to measure project success and suggest improvements.
- Stay Curious: Research the latest tech and market trends to ensure Niji remains a leader in the digital space.

What We Are Looking For:
We aren't looking for a finished product; we’re looking for someone with the right ingredients:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- You are fluent in French and English. Spanish is a plus for internal work and good
