Hi Homes is a fast-growing, tech-enabled real estate agency helping international buyers purchase resale properties and new developments across the Costa del Sol.

Powered by one of the coast’s strongest digital lead-generation engines, we’re expanding our sales team and looking for four experienced Buyer Agents who are ready to perform.

This is a sales-first role. We generate the leads and provide the systems, marketing and operational support. You focus on understanding your clients, finding the right properties and closing deals.

What You’ll Get:

Access to a consistent volume of inbound buyer leads, with established agents typically receiving 50 to 100+ opportunities per month, subject to capacity and performance
Uncapped earning potential: established performers can earn €10,000+ per month, with top performers exceeding €20,000 per month
Commission ranging from 30% to 65%, increasing based on defined performance criteria

At least 2 years of proven Costa del Sol real estate experience
Strong knowledge of Costa del Sol locations, developments and the property-buying process
Excellent lead-management discipline, including fast response times, persistent follow-up and ac
