You will be part of the Sales Department, selling and coordinating the team with a direct report to our Chief Marketing and Sales Officer. We are looking for a B2C/B2B Sales Coordinator who will play a key role in driving growth and enhancing our client experience. You will handle high‐value leads, guide potential clients through our services, and ensure a seamless and consultative sales process. As an active member of the sales team, 50% of your time will be spent selling our legal services, striving to exceed annual and quarterly sales targets.
This role will have a strong focus on the Sales team as it is primarily execution‐focused, ensuring that priorities, processes, and initiatives are implemented effectively.
Support the Marketing team with accurate pipeline management, lead routing, client segmentation, and CRM tracking.
As a Sales coordinator,



50% of your time will be focused on coordinating the Sales team, providing suggestions and feedback to improve the team performance.
Lead, motivate, and grow a team of sales representatives (hands‐on leadership).
Drive the team to exceed sales targets and improve conversion rates. Get trained on Lexidy's sales process, learn how to properly qualify, nurture, follow‐up and close a lead.
Get trained about Immigration and Corporate legal services in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Greece, Mexico or new countries.
Shadow fellow Sales Representatives and lawyers.
Get trained about the main immigration legal service.
Educational background: in the last year of a bachelor's degree or master's degree. Preference: Business/Sales/Marketing academic or professional background.
Professional experience: experience in customer‐facing industries (eg Legal/Retail/ Real Estate/Insurance/Fintech) mainly selling services.
