Role Summary
The Quality & Environmental Manager is responsible for leading and delivering all Quality and Environmental (Q&E;) activities within assigned projects. As a core member of the Project Team, the role ensures compliance with contractual, regulatory and internal requirements while driving a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for all Quality and Environmental matters within the project.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
- Ensure compliance with customer, contractual and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement and monitor Project Quality and Environmental Plans, including KPIs.
- Coordinate Q&E; activities across all project phases (engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning).




- Identify, assess and manage risks, non‐conformities and environmental impacts.
- Plan, conduct and support internal and external audits and certification processes.
- Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned and best‐practice sharing.
- Manage interfaces with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and authorities.
- Monitor, consolidate and report Q&E; performance.
- Lead investigations and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Team & Interface Management
The role is accountable for the coordination and functional leadership of site‐based Quality and Environmental personnel, including contractors. It ensures alignment between project execution and corporate Q&E; standards, providing guidance, supervision and technical support to site teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences or a related discipline.
