Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture through mentoring, coaching, feedback, performance management, and career development.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance, supporting complex technical challenges, architectural decisions, and the adoption of scalable, maintainable,



secure solutions and engineering best practices.
- Plan, prioritize, and allocate engineering capacity and resources, managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and timelines to ensure successful delivery of software products and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, IT, DevOps, Architecture, business, and other cross-functional teams, ensuring effective coordination from planning and development through deployment and release.
- Act as a key point of contact for senior management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and business objectives within a matrixed organization.
