verify correct Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classifications, and ensure error-free issuance of certificates of origin.International Freight Coordination (Pharma & Non-Pharma):Coordinate and track daily international shipments of finished products and raw materials for both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical lines.Guarantee strict compliance with regulatory and quality requirements (GDP guidelines), closely monitoring cold chain maintenance and managing transport incidents through deviations or CAPAs.Cost Recording & ERP Management (SAP S/4HANA):Timely log logistics costs, duties, and freight fees into SAP, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the department's master data.Audit carrier and customs broker invoices, controlling rate variances against agreed tariffs to support budget management.Logistics Operations KPI Analysis:Extract operational data and build regular performance reports (clearanc
