SAP MM Key User

At Brain RPO, we are looking for a SAP MM Key User to join the Procurement team of one of our main clients in the automotive industry.

We are looking for a professional with solid experience in Procurement or Finance and hands-on knowledge of SAP MM and SAP Ariba, who will act as a key user and reference point for the Procurement team.

The role combines a strong understanding of purchasing processes with the daily use and evolution of SAP tools. The person will support users, identify process and system improvement opportunities, participate in testing and implementation projects, and act as a link between Procurement and IT.

A technical IT background is not required. What is important is having a strong understanding of Procurement processes and practical experience using SAP MM and/or SAP Ariba in a business environment.

What will you do?
- Act as the key user and point of reference for SAP MM and SAP Ariba within the Procurement team.
- Support Procurement users in their day-to-day use of SAP tools and help resolve functional issues.




- Analyse Procurement processes and identify opportunities for improvement and digitalisation.
- Act as a link between Procurement, IT and external consultants, translating business needs into functional requirements.
- Participate in SAP MM and SAP Ariba implementation, evolution and improvement projects.
- Support the testing and validation of new functionalities, processes and system changes.
- Prepare and provide support and guidance to SAP users within the Procurement organisation.
- Collaborate with international teams across Procurement, Finance, Operations and Technology.

What are we looking for?
- Professional experience in Procurement, Purchasing or Supply Chain.
- Hands-on experience working with SAP MM in a Procurement environment.
- Knowledge or experience with SAP Ariba.
- Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and/or Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
- Previous experience as a SAP Key User, Super
