What We Are Looking ForProven experience working as a CRA in SpainStrong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local clinical research regulationsHands-on experience with:Site management and monitoring activitiesSite initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visitsRegulatory and Ethics Committee documentationInvestigator/site relationship managementAbility to proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategiesStrong sense of urgency,
