We're looking for a commercially minded Strategic Program Manager to drive key revenue-generating initiatives across the Global Brand Partnerships team. This is a high-impact role focused on shaping and delivering strategic workstreams across monetisation of Fever Originals and our Media Product, Lead generation and go-to-market strategy, and overall performance optimisation. The goal:



to maximise revenue and efficiency across our global Brand Partnerships function. You'll play a critical role in shaping strategy, driving decision-making, and ensuring our most important commercial initiatives are set up for success.
Lead and support a diverse portfolio of revenue-driving initiatives, including Fever Original Event Monetisation.
Oversee the integration of brand partnerships into select Fever Original events — managing relationships with IP owners and production partners, and building scalable processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Drive collaboration between internal Brand Partnerships and cross-functional teams across P&L; ownership, sales strategy, and activation planning.
Act as a strategic consultant on commercial proposals, delivery materials, and post-campaign analyses to elevate quality and consistency.
Conduct regular performance reporting across Fever Original brand partnerships, leveraging insights
