As a Customer Success Manager Spain you will be responsible for the Spanish customers and be the first point of contact. You will help organisations move forward by guiding them from the start, so that their employees will actually and structurally use our online learning platform.



Assist customers in implementing the GoodHabitz online platform and develop an action plan based on the company's goals and ambitions.
Support the structural embedding of the product.
Handle the entire customer renewal process, evaluate results, identify risks and act on commercial opportunities.
At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, human resources consulting, people engagement or L&D.;
Affinity for commerce, IT and vision on online training.
Customer-oriented, solution-oriented with strong communication and commercial skills.
Excellent command of Spanish; good level of English.
Full-time position as Customer Success Manager Spain.
